The core competences of AQUAY are advisory and consultancy services for capacity development and institutional strengthening.

Our services range from advisory services in the sectors of water and sanitation, WASH, Water Resource Management with links to renewable energies and waste. This can include studies, expert input, or support in the planning and implementation of your projects.

In addition, we offer services for the development and implementation of workshops (e.g., annual planning, strategy workshops, feedback sessions) and trainings, including their facilitation. This service is not limited to the technical areas mentioned above. AQUAY’s founder Tina Eisele is a trained facilitator and has more than 12 years of experience in facilitating and accompanying change processes, and she can support you regardless of sector.

We offer a complete range of project related services and ensure that projects are professionally planned from the beginning and implemented cost-efficiently on schedule. We support you in managing your (envisaged) projects and activities, including initiation, planning, organisation and coordination, and implementation.
