I am the founder and Managing Director of AQUAY. My passion for empowering people to realise their full potential motivated me to found the company. With 15 years of experience in international cooperation and advisory roles across Europe, Africa, and the MENA region, I support organisations and companies in unlocking team potential, leading change processes, and fostering effective collaboration. My background as a water and sanitation expert complements my work as a trained mediator and facilitator, bridging technical understanding with human-centered development. Drawing on my international experience, I bring a culturally sensitive and results-driven approach to every engagement. Alongside this, I continue to contribute my technical expertise to projects in the water and sanitation sector.

The Company

Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Tanzania, AQUAY is at the forefront of business and management consulting. Our clients span private sector companies and international organisations, benefiting from our extensive network of seasoned experts. AQUAY combines the words “aqua” (water) and “way”, reflecting the company’s vision and approach. Like water – adaptable, resilient, and present in all three natural states – AQUAY embraces flexibility and flow. We believe there is always a way forward and a solution to be found. In close collaboration with our clients, we co-create the most suitable approach, develop tailored strategies, and identify optimal solutions that drive results.

The Inverted Triangle

The upside-down triangle in our logo is inspired by the ancient alchemical symbol for water. At AQUAY, it represents more than an element — it embodies the principle of connection. For us, achieving lasting impact means aligning three essential dimensions: client – project goal – surrounding context. We integrate these elements throughout every assignment to deliver solutions that are not only effective, but also sustainable.
