Tina is a facilitator, advisor and organisational development practitioner with around 15 years of professional experience across Europe, Africa and the MENA region. She supports organisations and leadership teams in strengthening collaboration, navigating change, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and translating strategy into effective action.

Her work combines strategic facilitation, leadership and team development, organisational alignment and conflict resolution. As a trained mediator, she brings a strong focus on communication, team dynamics and constructive ways of working through complexity and disagreement.

With a professional background in the water and sanitation sector, Tina also advises on sector governance, institutional development and organisational processes in the WASH and WRM sectors. This expertise adds technical and institutional depth to her advisory work and enables her to engage confidently in complex sector and organisational environments.

Having worked across different countries and cultural contexts for many years, Tina brings a culturally sensitive, adaptable and pragmatic approach to every engagement.

Fridtjof is a water and sanitation expert with more than 25 years of international experience across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Pacific. A water engineer by training, complemented by an MBA, his work spans across water supply and sanitation infrastructure, utility and sector reforms, regulation, institutional development and water stewardship – the latter being at his heart.

He has advised governments, utilities, regulators and private-sector partners on organisational and performance improvements, and supported sector governance, water security and multi-stakeholder partnerships. In recent years, his work has focused particularly on water stewardship with facilitating partnerships between the public sector, private sector and civil society to address common water risks. This has included a wide range of topics such catchment resilience, agricultural water use efficiency, industrial wastewater management, urban flood resilience and solid waste management.

At AQUAY, Fridtjof supports assignments in water and sanitation, water stewardship and related strategic and technical advisory services, and contributes to facilitation, capacity development and team-based processes where relevant.

A passionate sailor, Fridtjof also brings expertise and a strong personal interest in healthy oceans and marine environments. This connection between water, sustainability and sailing also feeds into AQUAY’s Team Events under Sail, an idea he helped shape and continues to support.
